“ 2007 MECHANICS OF THE YEAR AT HICKORY SPEEDWAY”
Newton, NC… Saturday, Nov 24 th , the “2007 Hickory Motor Speedway Mechanics of the Year” awards were presented at the track's annual Champions' Banquet.
The “Mechanics of the Year” are determined by voting by Track Management and 2007 HMS Officials. The “Mechanic of the Year” for the Late Model Stocks division is determined by voting from NASCAR members across the country.
The 2007 Mechanics of the Year are:
Late Model Stocks: Michael Ryan
Limited Late Models: Waylon Flynn
Super Trucks: Jimmy Crouch
Pro-4's: Randy Freeze
Street Stocks: Joe Poplin
Hobbys: Denver Jones
