| THE SOUTHEAST LIMITED LATE MODEL SERIES INVADES HMS The Southeast Limited Late Model Series heads to Hickory Motor Speedway for the MTP Tire & Racing Center, LLC 150. Limited Late Model Entry Form (PDF)( Newton, NC – October 7, 2010 ) The Southeast Limited Late Model Series invades America's Most Famous Short Track, Hickory Motor Speedway Saturday, October 16, 2010. The MTP Tire & Racing Center, LLC 150 will feature a 100-lap race for the SLLMS and will also include appearances by the Renegades and 4-Cylinders as support divisions. The Renegades will take to the track for a 20-lap race, while the 4-Cylinders compete in a 30-lap race. 2010 marks the inaugural season for the Southeast Limited Late Model Series. Hickory Motor Speedway is the third stop on the five race tour that travels throughout North and South Carolina. The series is open to all competitors and is designed to provide drivers with an affordable opportunity to race in a touring series. An optional open practice for all divisions will run on Friday, October 15 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., cost is $100 per car for the six hour test session. Event sign in will begin at 8 a.m. on Saturday, October 16 with pit gates opening at 9 a.m. Practice rotating by divisions will begin at 11 a.m. and the drivers meeting will take place at 1:30 p.m. Grandstands open at 2 p.m., with qualifying at 3 p.m. and an On-Track Autograph Session will take place at 4 p.m. Feature racing action will begin at 5 p.m. Pit passes are $25 the day of the event. General Admission tickets can be purchased at the Hickory Motor Speedway ticket window the day of the event beginning at 2 p.m. General Admission tickets are only $15 for adults, $10 for teens and seniors with kids 12 and under free.
