Advance Auto Parts ‘Keeps the Wheels Turning' for the Limited Division

( April 10, 2010 - Newton, NC ) In addition to the Limited Late Model division and race night sponsorship, Advance Auto Parts is pleased to introduce the ‘Keep the Wheels Turning Award' for drivers in the Limited division. This hard charger type award will be presented monthly to the driver who has the best average of positions gained.

“This award indeed goes to the driver who keeps the wheels turning from week to week, as they move forward through the field,” commented John Stafford from Advance Auto Parts. “By presenting this award every month, this truly gives us the opportunity as divisional sponsors to keep the wheels turning and not just for the champion at the end of the year. As a series sponsor we look to help every driver throughout the season,” Stafford stated.

Advance Auto Parts Limited drivers will begin to compete for the ‘Keep the Wheels Turing Award' beginning the month of April. The award will be given out each month through the remainder of the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series racing season. Each month track staff will average out the positions each limited driver moves up during the races in which they compete. The driver with the highest percentage of positions increased will receive the award consisting of a $50 Advance Auto Parts gift card.
